A very interesting Art Deco necklace with a variety of glass beads in red, black and clear glass. It has chrome bead caps and 2 metal beads. I particularly like the clear glass beads with the red stripe along its length. I have had to rethread the necklace to make it secure. Price £120 ref: 3279 D20/38 On my web site under Vintage Necklaces.

ART DECO NECKLACE - BLUE GALALITH AND WHITE METAL
This is a great Art Deco necklace from the 1930s. Made of white metal - probably chrome - and blue galalith. It resembles Jakob Bengel but I have not seen it in the books so I am not going to attribute it to that factory. There were other factories making similar jewellery. It is quite short - at nearly 18 inches. It has not been altered in any way - unlike to many items one seems around. It is in good condition. Price £148 Ref: 3145 C78/27.

ART DECO JEWELLERY - RED
Finally got around to tidying the Art Deco Cabinet. Took everything out of the red shelf but finding it impossible to put it all back without overcrowding it! So many small items! Bakelite, galalith, celluloid, dress clips, brooches, earrings etc. Necklace fine on their stands - but the rest is such a job to disply. If you are passing +Grays Antiques do drop in and take a look!

ART DECO NECKLACE - GREEN GALALITH AND WHITE METAL PENDANT ON CHAIN
Back to Art Deco today - my favourite! This necklace is c1930s. It has a circle of green galalith with a ?chrome and galalith pendant hanging. There is a chain with galalith and metal beads. The galalith is a little faded and the metal not bright and shiny - but it is about 80 years old! Full details on my web site. Price £148 ref: 3121 C53/5

I will be doing the Eltham Palace Art Deco fair in May - full details on their web site. Eltham Palace has had major renovations and would definitely be worth a visit!

ART DECO CREAM CELLULOID SNAKE BANGLES
I do love Art Deco celluloid snake bangles and buy them whenever I can - any colour/size/width/price! Here are 5 in various sizes in a cream colour. They do - of course - come in lots of other colours - but there always seem to be more cream ones. Please let me know if you are looking for anything in particular! www.gillianhorsup.com - reference 2735

ART DECO CHANNEL SET DIAMANTE JEWELLERY
I love vintage jewellery and have a passion for Art Deco channel set diamante jewellery! The pieces here are a small selection of my stock. They are the older, Art Deco pieces - 1920/1930's. I also have a good stock of the later 1950/60 pieces. These often have coloured stones or mother of pearl set in. Sometime the later pieces were marked Randel or DoSo - but I do not know anything about the makers - except that they would have been German. The earlier pieces were sometimes marked DRGM but this is not a maker but a quality control mark. If you are interested in purchasing these items - or similar - please contact me through my web site - www.gillianhorsup.com - or ring me at Grays Antiques (central London) on 02074998121.
