This is the

Lea Stein half colerette brooch. In Judith Just's book 'Lea Stein Jewelery' (Schiffer) it is also referred to as 'Modern Woman' but is not normally referred to that way. The hat is a shiny patterned brown/beige colour. The face is ivorine with a black eye. The piece over the ear is a red/MOP pattern with a circular piece in the middle. The colorette is black with gold markings. It measures roughly two inches diameter. It is a genuine Lea Stein brooch with Lea Stein Paris on the pin. (Please see picture of the back). Ref: 3388 D54/10
