EGYPTIAN REVIVAL CZECH NECKLACE - ORANGE & TURQUOISE GLASS BEADS WITH DROP

3 ROW FAUX PEARL BRACELET WITH DIAMANTE & TURQUOISE GLASS STONE

I love pearls - and so do the stylists that come to my shop to borrow for magazines.  I do wish people would go back to wearing them - they are so versatile and dress up any outfit.  Take care of them and they will last for years - unlike so much jewellery I see in the shops today.  I do not know the date of this faux pearl bracelet - it is probably vintage but I cannot be sure.  There are 3 rows - kept in order by two gilt metal spacers. It has a large turquoise glass stone on the clasp - surrounded by diamante glass stones.  Great for summer!

BLACK BEADED VINTAGE BAG WITH FLOWERS

This very pretty beaded bag was probably made in the 1950s in Hong Kong.  It has embroidered flowers on both sides.  It is in very good condition.  We always have a interesting selection of bags in Vintage Modes - at Grays Antiques in central London.  If you like bags please do try to pay a visit!  Price £78 reference 2931 C41/46

ATTWOOD & SAWYER - VINTAGE GOLD TONE PEACOCK BROOCH WITH GREEN STONES

This is an Attwood and Sawyer vintage peacock brooch.  It is on goldtone metal and has emerald like green glass stones, a red eye and diamante stones round the body.  On my web site I have notes about the Attwood and Sawyer company.  I love this brooch - it is so well made - and the green stones are glorious!  Full details as usual on the web site. BAKELITE BANGLES - PLAIN, ORIGINAL, RANGE OF COLOURS

I love plain bakelite bangles and always have a wide ranging stock in my shop at Vintage Modes.  I actually hate parting with any of them - but I cannot wear them all!  They do of course range in price according to width, colour and condition.  The thin spacers start at about £20 and a wide one could be about £65.  If you are looking for a particular colour please let me know.  They usually measure about 2 1/2 inches in diameter - which is too small for some of my customers.  Here are a few I bought recently.  Ref: 2928
