This vintage, modernist brooch was made by Grosse (Henkel & Grosse) a German firm who made a lot of Dior's jewellery. The great thing about Grosse is that they sign and date their work. This brooch is dated 1970 and is a piece of its time! (I like pieces to be representative of their era!). In my shop at Vintage Modes, Grays Antiques I like to have a selection of such pieces.
