1950s VINTAGE CARRYALL BAG - BLACK SUEDE WITH DECORATED PANEL

BUTLER & WILSON - VINTAGE GILT HOOP EARRINGS - CLIPS

Here's a pair of 1980's gold tone, hollow, hooped earrings from Butler & Wilson.  I do like their older pieces.  These are large and have aged well. JACQMAR LONDON WALL SCARF BY ARNOLD LEVER

No I am not lucky enough to have this scarf!  I went to Alfies X-mas Party last night and Lesley Verrinder - a vintage specialist - had just bought it!  I was so excited to actually see it - as they are so rare!  I think they were made in 1942 for Jacqmar and it was designed by Arnold Lever.  It is in the book - Scarves - by Nicky Albrechtsen and Fola Solanke - published by Thames Hudson.  It is far out of my price range - but lovely to look at!  www.gillianhorsup.com

TOKALON POWDER COMPACT - STYLIZED FEMALE PROFILE WITH FLOWER

This is a beautiful image - a woman holding a flower.  It is a powder compact - made by Tokalon in the 1930's.  It is a silver tone compact with a black/bronze effect on the lid.  See complete description on my web site - www.gillianhorsup.com - reference 2574 B125/51. ART NOUVEAU CELLULOID HAIR COMB - RED WITH FLOWERS

TOBOGGAN BROOCH - WITH 2 RIDERS - WOOD & EARLY PLASTIC

A vintage brooch depicting a wooden toboggan with two riders.  This is probably 1940's.  The yellow, early plastic riders have red painted decoration (some of the red paint has rubbed off).  This looks like bakelite - but is not testing as such with Simichrome cream.  It has red plastic 'ropes'.  Full description on my web site - www.gillianhorsup.com - price £88 reference B128/35 just love this!   #tobogganBrooch #1940sBrooch
